TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL HELPER POSITION - JACKSONVILLE, FL

Cortes Electric Inc. is currently looking for a dependable Electrical Helper for a temporary position assisting our electricians on active projects in the Jacksonville area. This is a temporary position and is not being advertised as permanent employment. The length of the assignment will depend on our current project needs. There may be opportunities for additional work in the future, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting electricians with day-to-day electrical work Carrying, organizing, and preparing materials and tools Installing and supporting electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, devices, and fixtures under supervision Maintains a clean and organized work area Following jobsite and company safety requirements Performing other electrical-helper duties as directed We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Is willing to work and learn Can follow instructions and work well with a crew Has reliable transportation to job sites Can safely perform the physical duties associated with construction work Has electrical or construction experience preferred, but not necessarily required depending on the applicant
