Position Overview:

As an Installation Assistant, you will work alongside experienced installers to transport, prepare and install various types of projects - countertops, fireplace surround, shower walls, etc. This is a hands-on, physically active role with opportunities to learn and grown within the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installers with installations Load, unload and transport materials safely Help prepare job sites and maintain a clean work area Use basic tools and equipment (training provided) Follow safety procedures at all times Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to work well in a team environment Valid Drivers License Preferred (not required) Must be able to pass a background check
