About the role A field operations helper is responsible for supporting the crew by executing entry-level tasks that contribute to safe, timely, and code-compliant job completion across various projects. What you'll do Prepare job sites with protective equipment (mats, drop clothes, cones, etc.) Account for tools and materials used on each job Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment safely Perform basic equipment checks prior to job dispatch Capture before/after photos as requested Restock work trucks at end of shift Maintain organized and hazard free workspaces during and after the job Hand needed tools and materials to technicians as needed Assist in minor installations under direct supervision Perform light demolition or excavation tasks when required Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols Learn tools, basic install techniques and field workflows Support both residential and large-scale commercial projects Qualifications Great attitude and work ethic and ready to go Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced techs Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation Commitment to safety, respect, and teamwork The pay range for this role is: 12 - 16 USD per hour(DPC HQ)
