Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and electrical system setup according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support accurate installation and troubleshooting Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits, ensure proper connections, and verify system integrity Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations during all on-site activities Support project scheduling efforts by coordinating tasks with team members and adhering to construction timelines Supervise small teams or crews under the guidance of senior electricians, ensuring quality control and safety protocols are followed Assist in managing construction site safety procedures, including hazard identification and mitigation measures Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to electrical systems or related fields is preferred Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents accurately Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, or Primavera is a plus Knowledge of construction safety management practices and OSHA regulations is essential Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards Valid construction site experience in commercial or infrastructure projects is highly desirable Basic understanding of budgeting, project scheduling, and managing teams within a construction environment This role offers a fantastic pathway for those passionate about electrical work within the construction industry.
