Job Description

  • Electrical Apprentice
  • About the Position
  • We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Electrical Apprentice. This is an entry-level position and no prior electrical experience is required. Under the direct supervision of our licensed electricians, you will receive hands-on training and gain the foundational skills necessary to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.
  • Responsibilities
  • Assist journeyman and master electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations
  • Complete required coursework or apprenticeship program training as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervising electricians
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • No prior electrical experience necessary — a willingness to learn is what matters most
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able and willing to work in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
