THEY MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL WITH PROOF OF WORKING AT OTHER COMPANIES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION
The Top Helper will support the crew with installing electrical systems, pulling wire, setting fixtures and devices, cleaning up work areas, and helping keep jobs moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist electricians with residential and light commercial electrical installations Pull wire and help with rough-in and trim-out work Install outlets, switches, lights, and other electrical devices under supervision Help unload, organize, and move materials on job sites Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow directions from lead electricians, foremen, and supervisors Help with layout, cutting in boxes, drilling, and other basic electrical tasks Follow company safety procedures and job site rules Show up on time and ready to work each day Qualifications Previous electrical residential experience Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work overhead for long periods Comfortable working on ladders and in active construction environments Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Steady full-time work Hands-on training Company Vehicle 401(K) Paid time off
