Northern Lights Communications, LLC is a family-owned and rapidly growing telecom construction company specializing in fiber optic and coax installation, splicing, and testing. We are expanding our aerial division and seeking motivated individuals ready to learn, work hard, and grow with us.

Position:

Ground Hand (Entry-Level) Ground Hands support aerial crews by handling materials, preparing jobsites, and assisting with daily operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity— no experience required .

Responsibilities:

Assist aerial crews with material handling and jobsite setup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support linemen and splicers as needed Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Complete daily reports accurately

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to obtain a Medical Card Ability to lift 50+ lbs Willingness to work outdoors and learn Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
