Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE
The Flagpole helper position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of flagpole preparation and flagpole installation. This is a physically demanding job with both outside and inside work required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with the installation and service of flagpoles and footings. Load/unload truck for upcoming installation. Polish and assemble flagpole castings Assist in loading and unloading of trucks Pack flag and flagpole parts for shipment Restock shelves and label flag boxes Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Other miscellaneous warehouse and field duties as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
Work effectively as part of a team and have a positive attitude Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions consistently and accurately Must be able and willing to dig holes and mix bagged concrete for flagpole footings. Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to use basic hand and power tools. Must be able to lift 80# unassisted Have valid driver's license and be able to pass background and drug test
SCHEDULE
Full Time, Monday thru Friday, between 6:00AM and 4:00 PM (8 hr shift will start between 6:00 am and 7:30 am depending on work required that day)
