Job Description

ABM is seeking dependable and safety-focused Electrical Helpers to support the electrical installation teams. This role does not involve performing electrical work directly but is essential to ensuring crews have the materials, tools, and safe working conditions needed to maintain productivity in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Electrical Helpers assist with material movement, tool delivery, safety spotting, and general support tasks that keep field operations running smoothly.
Pay:
$28.50 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

For information about ABM's benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Frontline Experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, or general labor preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely (up to project-required limits) Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow instructions closely Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Must pass background check and drug screening Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to electricians and foremen as needed throughout the site Assist with staging, organizing, and transporting materials to designated work areas Perform safety spotting for lifts, equipment movement, and elevated work activities Provide flagging support for vehicle and equipment traffic in congested areas Maintain clean and organized work zones, laydown areas, and material storage spaces Support logistics and electrical teams with basic non-electrical tasks such as labeling, sorting, and preparing materials Communicate with supervisors and electricians to ensure timely support for active work fronts Follow all ABM and Samsung safety protocols, including PPE requirements and safe-work practices Assist with daily housekeeping and general site support tasks as directed
