Must have completed and passed 2B in electrical school Easy Day Electric is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice who wants to build a real career in residential service. This position offers a strong hourly rate plus performance pay/commission , giving you the opportunity to earn more as your skills, efficiency, and ability grow. You'll work alongside experienced journeyman electricians on a mix of residential service work, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and installations. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in the work—not just carrying tools and cleaning up. If you've passed 2B, have a solid foundation, and want to become a well-rounded service electrician, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly under a licensed journeyman on residential service and installation work, including: Electrical troubleshooting and repairs EV charger installations New circuits and dedicated circuits Lighting, switches, receptacles, and breakers Panel upgrades and service-related work Running wire and bending conduit Device installation and finish work Electrical safety inspections Helping maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles You'll also learn the customer-service side of the trade, including how to communicate with homeowners, explain electrical issues clearly, and help provide solutions that make sense for the customer. You should have:

Completed and passed 2B in electrical school An active Utah electrical apprentice license Residential electrical experience A basic understanding of electrical systems and code Experience using common hand and power tools Strong attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn A valid driver's license and clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug test Most importantly, we want someone who shows up, works hard, asks questions, takes ownership, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
