Job Description

Electrical Helper Location:

Nephi, UT Pay:

Starting at $18.00/hr+

DOE Schedule:

Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Project Duration:

ASAP through October 2026 Looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade? We're hiring Electrical Helpers to assist licensed electricians on a large industrial construction project in Nephi, Utah. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction experience who want to build a career in the electrical industry. No electrical license is required. Responsibilities Assist Journeyman Electricians with daily tasks Pull wire and install raceways Organize materials and maintain clean work areas Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform other construction-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred Electrical experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working on elevated work platforms when required Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn What We Offer Starting pay of $18+/hour depending on experience Steady Monday-Saturday schedule with overtime opportunities Long-term project through October 2026 Excellent opportunity to gain valuable electrical construction experience and work alongside experienced Journeyman Electricians If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn from experienced professionals, we'd love to hear from you! #INDSLC
