This is a senior, hands-on role combining lead tech, foreman, and estimating responsibilities. You will lead crews, manage job-site execution, support estimating and bidding, and own quality and code compliance on commercial work.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct field crews on commercial electrical projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Support estimating and bidding on commercial jobs
  • Manage materials, scheduling, and job-site progress as foreman
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
  • Proven experience as a lead tech, foreman, and/or estimator
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings
  • Clean, valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel for projects
  • Strong leadership and crew-management skills
Compensation and Schedule:
  • $30•55 per hour, depending on experience•Full-time, consistent work
