An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming PLC experience creating
NEW PROGRAMS FROM SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS
descriptions.- Install, wire, and troubleshoot 240/480V three‑phase motors, starters, and disconnects
- Assemble, wire, and maintain control panels and electrical distribution systems
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and associated control equipment.
- Install, test, and service temperature, pressure, and level sensors
- Install and troubleshoot fire alarm, security, and network cabling
- Assist with HVAC control systems as needed
- Support field/construction projects: site wiring, equipment setup, commissioning
- Follow safety policies and electrical codes; perform lockout/tagout procedures
- Participate in training and development to advance electrical/control skills
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/industrial electrician certification or equivalent experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates
- Experience with 240/480V three‑phase wiring and starters preferred
- Programming PLC experience creating

- Fire alarm, security, or network cabling experience a plus
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Baldwin County job sites
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in teams
Physical Requirements:
- Work in industrial plant environments and outdoors at construction sites, often without air conditioning.
