In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure all electrical work complies with local electrical codes, NFPA 70 standards (National Fire Protection Association), and the NEC (National Electrical Code). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex electrical systems, high-voltage wiring, and renovation projects, contributing to safe and efficient operations in diverse environments. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations Perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely while adhering to electrical safety procedures and local electrical codes Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostics techniques, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) troubleshooting for automation systems Conduct routine maintenance on industrial electrical systems to prevent failures and optimize performance Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical components Follow all safety protocols related to electrical work, including proper handling of low voltage and high voltage systems Skills Extensive experience with industrial and commercial electrical systems installation and maintenance Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance, NEC standards, and local electrical codes Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and PLC testers Ability to perform high-voltage wiring safely in accordance with industry standards Hands-on experience with construction site work, renovation projects, framing carpentry, and handyman tasks is a plus Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical blueprint reading for precise installation planning Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier electrical solutions!
