Responsibilities:
Lead and perform electrical installations for whole-home standby generators. Coordinate with plumbing and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation. Mentor and guide junior electricians and helpers to ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times. Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, and internal teams. Complete and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.Qualifications & Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience required. Active Journeyman License Prior experience with standby generator installations is strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes. Ability to lead teams and delegate tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
