Job Description

ABM is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic Technician to support operations at the Honda manufacturing facility in Lincoln, Alabama. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Compensation:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule:
12 Hour Shifts from 6:00PM - 6:00AM EST on a 2-2-3 rotation

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems including mechanical, HVAC, and basic electrical components Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, and other industrial equipment Support building systems including plumbing, lighting, and general infrastructure Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in CMMS systems Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure production uptime Participate in continuous improvement initiatives High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting equipment Basic knowledge of electrical systems (480V experience a plus) Experience with HVAC systems is preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, etc.) About Us ABM (
