Williams Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our growing team serving commercial and industrial customers throughout Northeast Arkansas. This position is designed for a highly skilled electrician with at least 10 years of commercial and industrial experience who is comfortable working in complex electrical and mechanical environments. Experience working with 4,160-volt (4.16 kV) electrical systems is required. We're a good fit for people who Take pride in producing high-quality work Have extensive commercial and industrial electrical experience Are confident troubleshooting complex electrical systems Put safety first on every job Show up ready to work and take ownership of their responsibilities Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, project managers, and other trades Can work independently while also contributing to a team Want to build a long-term career with a growing company Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems Work with 4,160V electrical systems and equipment Diagnose electrical problems and determine appropriate repairs or solutions Perform electrical work associated with commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical systems Install and service electrical equipment, controls, motors, panels, disconnects, and related components Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications Ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements Coordinate with project managers, HVAC technicians, other trades, and customers Identify potential electrical or safety issues and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Properly use and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements Assist with additional electrical and mechanical projects as needed Qualifications Arkansas Master Electrician license required Minimum 10 years of commercial and industrial electrical experience Experience working with 4,160V electrical systems is required Extensive experience with electrical systems supporting commercial and industrial HVAC equipment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with commercial and industrial electrical work Valid driver's license Dependable work history and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience in industrial facilities and large commercial environments Advanced knowledge of motors, motor controls, starters, VFDs, and electrical distribution systems Experience troubleshooting electrical components of large HVAC and mechanical systems Experience coordinating with mechanical contractors and other skilled trades Leadership or supervisory experience Strong customer communication skills What We Offer Performance-driven compensation.
