REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE prior knowledge and have worked in the electrical field for 2+ years Must be able to assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using tools such as hacksaws and conduit benders. Pull wires through conduits and lay out wiring systems under supervision. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and correctly. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications with guidance from senior electricians. Maintain a clean and organized work area; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored. Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies while on the job site. Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing preventive maintenance. Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope. Dig trenches & run pipe underground

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2-3 years in an Industrial/Commercial/Residential Electrical experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, instructions, and safety guidelines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces, heights). Willingness to work 40 hours/week and travel to multiple job sites as needed. Commitment to learning and developing a career in the electrical trade. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed on construction sites, residential, commercial, and/or industrial locations. Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50+ lbs. Work may be performed at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts. Occasional work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, or attics. Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Work schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on project needs. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and harnesses must be worn as required. Noise levels can vary from moderate to loud, depending on the job site. May require travel to different job sites within the region.
