Valid Journeyman Electrician License Position Overview We are hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This opportunity offers excellent pay, consistent overtime, daily per diem, and the chance to work on a large-scale, mission-critical facility. Electricians will be responsible for conduit installation, power distribution, equipment installation, and commissioning support. Pay & Benefits $57 an hour 60+ hours per week 10-12 hour shifts, 5 days per week Built-in weekly overtime $178/day per diem (7 days per week) Weekly earnings of approximately $4,000+ Responsibilities Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit Pull wire and complete terminations Install switchgear, panels, lighting systems, and cabling Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems Work with low- and medium-voltage equipment Support large-scale commercial and industrial electrical construction activities Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, project specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with project leadership and other trades on-site Maintain accurate installation and project documentation Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician License Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience Strong conduit bending and installation skills Experience with terminations, panels, and power distribution systems Ability to read electrical prints and schematics Electrical troubleshooting experience Data center experience preferred but not required Accepted Reciprocal Licenses Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. • Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $57.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
