About this role Join a utility-scale solar construction crew in Moro, AR as a licensed journeyman electrician. You'll perform code-compliant electrical installation and commissioning work on outdoor solar equipment, coordinate daily tasks, and maintain quality and safety on site. This is a travel/per diem position. The role requires hands-on work-terminations, conduit layout and bending, raceway and switchgear installs-and supervising apprentices to keep the crew moving and materials staged for the day. What you'll do Terminate combiner boxes, DC wiring, panels, LV equipment, and metering devices Layout, bend, thread and install conduit, PVC raceway, raceways and wireways Install and set switchgear, switchboards, enclosures and other electrical devices Pull and terminate aluminum direct-bury cable and large conductors; support and route DC wiring Perform electrical testing and commissioning of solar system components and troubleshoot issues Supervise apprentices, coordinate daily work and material staging, and maintain a safe, clean work area What we're looking for State journeyman electrician license required Minimum 4 years of electrical construction experience; solar/PV experience preferred Able to work outdoors in all weather and maintain a reliable, full-time schedule Comfortable performing trenching, pulling large cable, conduit bending, and heavy lifting Must bring basic hand tools (tape measure, level, lineman's side-cutting pliers) and follow site safety rules Willingness to travel and work on per diem assignments Qualifications State-licensed journeyman electrician (required) Minimum 4 years electrical construction experience Age 18+ Proof of identity and employment authorization Own basic tools: tape measure, level, lineman's side-cutting pliers What we offer Per diem provided for travel assignments Steady, full-time work on a utility-scale solar project Hands-on experience with PV installations and commissioning Opportunity to supervise apprentices and expand leadership duties Safety-focused site with clear daily scope and crew coordination Ready to apply?
