HOURLY WAGES + Hiring incentive + PROFIT-SHARING from EVERY job! We are Mr. Electric of Fayetteville & Rogers - a local small family-owned shop operating in Washington County, from Fayetteville to Rogers & Bentonville, serving primarily residential customers with their home service projects and issues. We focus our skills mainly on service work and individual customer calls (not new construction or apartment structures, industrial, though those skills can help!). As such, we are looking for good people who are like-minded in Christian family values and down-to-earth, who may be interested in joining us.

As an Electrician, you are a key member of the team and coordinate the installation, repair, and service of electric and electronic components. Specific Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects Follow established processes and procedures Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer
Job Requirements:
Arkansas Journeyman Electrician license (or able to reciprocate) Live in the area Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology Professional appearance and personality Positive Attitude Team player who can work independently
