Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced technician with a strong background in commercial or industrial electrical systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and automated equipment repair to maintain and repair our car wash facilities and equipment. At Splash Car Wash & Oil Change, we are setting a new bar for excellence in the car wash industry. You won't find a company better at taking care of our customers and our facilities.
The Role:
Troubleshoot equipment issues for complex systems varying from water reclamation systems to motor control centers to carwash tunnel equipment Diagnose equipment performance gaps and failures efficiently Fix issues with a sense of urgency Takes ownership and initiative of assigned equipment and facilities Communicates well with the Service Team Avoids issues and inefficiency through proper planning Perform voltage, current, resistance, and continuity tests. Replace contactors, overloads, timers, transformers, and control relays. Remains calm under pressure, acts decisively, maintains flexibility, and effectively manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Why Splash?

Team:
5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment systems Strong preference for 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment Experience using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, voltage/current testers, and continuity testing Ability to troubleshoot motor controls, control panels, contactors, overloads, relays, transformers, timers, pumps, and automated equipment Ability to travel approximately 10% Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when needed Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently, take ownership of equipment, and respond with a sense of urgency Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
