Key Responsibilities
+ Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components
+ Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
+ Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance
+ Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options
+ Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
+ Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
+ Accurately document completed work using company software
Qualifications
+ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
+ Residential electrical experience required
+ Applicable state and local electrical licenses
+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
+ Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
