Job Description

Role Summary Join our team as an Industrial Mill Electrician and play a vital role in powering our heavy industrial operations. In this position, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical electrical systems across our entire processing facility—including crushing, conveying, grinding, pumping, and automated process control systems. We are seeking a skilled professional committed to safety, reliability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment supporting heavy mill operations. Diagnose complex electrical issues using technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics. Inspect, maintain, and service industrial motors, drives, control circuits, and power distribution systems. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and industrial automation systems to ensure peak operational efficiency. Perform regular preventive maintenance routines to minimize plant downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures, maintaining a safety-first mindset across all work activities. Respond to emergency callouts, perform routine inspections, and maintain clear records of work performed.
