• Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Plant Electrician to join our manufacturing facility.

This vital role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems that ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive electrical experience, including working with low and high voltage systems, industrial and commercial electrical applications, and interpreting complex schematics and blueprints. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational excellence through technical expertise, proactive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, and controls Maintain Automation systems, MCCs, power distribution systems, and high-voltage equipment Support plant reliability and minimize downtime Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Work safely at heights (up to 80 feet), confined spaces, and industrial conditions Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards in assigned areas Requirements 5-7+ years of industrial electrical experience Experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar environments Strong background in Automation Familiar with installing and programming PLCs. Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, controls, and power systems Ability to work in physically demanding industrial conditions High-voltage experience #ST101
