The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems while delivering high-quality service to clients. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who can work independently, lead small crews, and interact professionally with customers in the field.

Journeyman Electrician License Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime. Interact directly with customers to provide technical explanations and ensure project satisfaction. Lead and supervise small crews on specific assignments, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Work independently on job sites to complete installations and repairs without constant supervision. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including conduit, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels. Interpret and execute work based on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Pull electrical wiring through conduit and connect it to circuit breakers and transformers. Bend and install conduit to accommodate specific wiring needs at various job sites. Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide reports to the Operations Manager. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician in commercial or industrial settings. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose electrical faults independently. Demonstrated experience leading small crews or mentoring junior electricians. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interaction. Comprehensive knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical drawings. Possession of necessary hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Reliable transportation to travel to various project locations in Phoenix. Ability to work a trial period with the intent of moving into a full-time role.Physical Requirements:
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and poles to access electrical systems. Physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring. Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions, including extreme heat. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs. Must be able to stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periods of time.Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $28 to $36 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary:
