POSITION
The Leadman Electrician oversees and coordinates electricians on various projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, supervising installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the NEC. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on electrical work, and effective communication with trades and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have over five years of commercial construction experience, proficiency with construction equipment, and advanced knowledge of electrical systems and codes.RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians on various projects. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Interpret blueprints and specifications. Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Perform hands-on electrical work and troubleshoot issues. Provide guidance and training to team members. Manage materials and prepare reports. Communicate with other trades and project stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years' experience in commercial construction as an electrician 2+ years' experience as a leadman electrician preferred- Experience working in data center and high-rise projects preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills Daily on-site attendance required.
Pay Range:
$37 to $42 per HourWHAT WE OFFER
