What they do
An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including but not limited to underground, rough-in, and trim Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clientsQUALIFICATIONS
Open to a range of skill levels and experience Experience in residential constructions, specifically custom/high end sites is a big plus Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is also a big plusUNIVERSAL EXPECTATIONS
Performs duties in an independent and expeditious manner, without additional supervision; seeking guidance and direction from the Electric Project Manager or company leadership on major issues, as necessary Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues Makes optimal use of his/her own time during all working hours, is able to recognize and address priorities Demonstrates good planning skills; which align with overall company goals Shows commitment to Cyber Core Values and proactively incorporates them into communication and decision makingBENEFITS
