Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PLC and previous experience working with production machinery. They will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all machinery and equipment within our facility, ensuring optimal operation and safety.

Duties:

Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues with PLCs and production machinery. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure efficient operation. Utilize knowledge of PLCs to support troubleshooting and maintenance efforts. Work with various production machinery and equipment, performing necessary repairs and upkeep. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks. Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems. Execute tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager and work effectively within a team and communicate issues and solutions to management and other team members. Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a flexible schedule as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role Strong knowledge of PLCs and high-voltage industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Skilled in using hand tools for various electrical tasks Flexibility to work second shifts as needed. Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
