In this energetic position, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electrical systems and equipment, contributing directly to production efficiency and safety. Your expertise will help keep our facility running smoothly by troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Diagnose and repair electrical systems using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform electrical maintenance on machinery and equipment, including motors, conveyors, and control panels. Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic and hydraulic systems to identify faults and implement effective repairs. Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to guide repairs and installations across the facility. Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during maintenance activities. Support engineering troubleshooting efforts by analyzing system performance data and recommending improvements. Knowledgable in voltages ranging 12DC to 440AC 3 phase Maintain compliance with safety standards related to electrical systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and industrial mechanics. Assist in training team members on electrical safety procedures and proper use of diagnostic tools. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment with a strong focus on electrical maintenance. Hands-on knowledge of industrial electrician practices including troubleshooting electrical systems, reading schematics, and performing equipment repair. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is a plus for supporting climate control systems within the facility. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for diagnostics. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately for effective repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with industrial mechanic experience to support comprehensive maintenance tasks. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of electrical issues quickly and efficiently. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members across departments. Pay:
