Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Electrical Technicians for a contract opportunity in Beale
AFB, CA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIREDSKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):- Candidate must hold an active secret clearance.
- Previous Military, USAF 7 Level or Equivalent (Journeymen)
- MOD Experience 2-4 Year
- Must know how to terminate route and build connectors/cannon plugs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs, constructs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains routine electrical systems and equipment. Cuts, threads, bends, couples, and straps conduit. Cuts wire and conduit to length. Installs, repairs, or replaces switch boxes, lights, plugs, sockets, light fuses, and extension cords. Disassembles motors, generators, and other equipment in preparation for repair. Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring of shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency. Uses blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications, and electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

):- Fighter experience is a plus
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree.
