Job Description

Overview Now Hiring:

Residential Tract Home Electrician We are seeking an experienced Residential Tract Home Electrician to join our team.

Requirements:

Residential tract home experience is required. Must have experience with rough-in, trim, and final electrical installation in new construction tract homes. Ability to read and interpret residential electrical plans. Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must have reliable transportation and basic electrical hand tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of residential tract home electrical experience preferred. Experience in production home construction only. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license preferred.
