Job Summary City Brewery's Electrician completes repairs and electrical troubleshooting across all departments of our high-speed manufacturing facility. They work closely with our Operations teams and Production Supervisors to ensure efficient operations as well as appropriate upkeep of records, logs and files required through our Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Electricians also perform preventative electrical maintenance and respond timely to calls to ensure all areas of the facility are operating as effectively as possible. Duties and Responsibilities Performs both preventive and proactive maintenance activities across all departments Communicates cross-departmentally with team members at all levels to resolve needed repairs to equipment Assists with project work including contributing to needs assessments, process evaluation, project timeline management, drawings, and vendor/contractor communications Completes the paperwork required to document the completion of assignments Participates in shift change meetings Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, requirements, and codes Upholds all safety standards and requirements including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) daily and adjusting PPE needs to fit the risks associated with each assignment Minimum Qualifications At least a high school diploma or GED certificate, required Manufacturing maintenance electronics experience totaling 2 years, preferrable Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems Experience bending conduit, installing and rewiring, required Experience in troubleshooting industrial controls in a circuit, experience installing and programming VFDs Troubleshooting 3 phase motor circuits and PLCs and HMI Programs, preferred Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, food/beverage, preferred Must have the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Comfortable working in hot and cold environments as well as the ability to work safely at various heights Strong computer skills required Flexibility to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary to cover the needs of the business City Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
