ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT
TAKE CONTROL & LEAD THE FIELD JK
Electrical Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and make things happen. This is not a position for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We are looking for a knowledgeable, dependable electrical professional who can walk onto a job, assess the situation, coordinate the work, solve problems, and make sure the job is completed safely, correctly, and according to electrical code.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Lead and coordinate electrical crews and field personnel Take control of projects from start to completion Review job requirements and coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field Perform and oversee subpanel replacements and electrical upgrades Understand and work with PG&E requirements and processes Coordinate with customers, inspectors, general contractors, vendors, and utility companies Understand the permitting process and coordinate inspections Read and understand electrical plans, drawings, and specifications Ensure all work is performed according to California Electrical Code and applicable regulations Understand and manage prevailing wage projects Inspect completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance Communicate job progress, issues, changes, and needs to management Keep projects moving and address problems before they become delays Train, guide, and hold field employees accountable Help estimate labor, materials, and project requirements when needed
YOU MUST HAVE
✔ Current Journeyman Electrician License/Certification ✔ Strong knowledge of electrical code and safe work practices ✔ Experience leading electrical crews or working in a supervisory role ✔ Hands-on experience with subpanel change-outs and electrical upgrades ✔ Experience working with PG&E ✔ Knowledge of permits, inspections, and electrical project requirements ✔ Understanding of prevailing wage work ✔ Ability to read electrical plans and blueprints ✔ Strong communication and coordination skills ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
