Job Description

Industrial Journeyman Electrician, to be considered for this position you must have at least a minimum of 6 years of experience. Elite Automation & Electrical Services is growing, and we are looking to make an immediate hire for an Electrician to assist with project electrical support to help with brining a process facility back online. Previous MSHA experience preferred, we offer Competitive pay, great benefits & Daily Per Diem Paid. 4-10 Schedule.

Essential Functions:

Follow safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. Work with Formen and or superintendents and our customers, to ensure the project stays on scope, budget and completed on schedule. Comply with NEC, federal, state, county, local codes and all contract documents. Ability to follow directions, read schematic & prints. Strong understanding of trade related tools, equipment and test equipment to perform work. Maintain complete and accurate as-builts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skilled Electrician with a minimum of 6 years of industrial journeyman electrical work. Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, local codes and construction safety. Pass Pre-employment Drug Test. Pass Pre-employment Physical. Courteous & professional. Demonstrate an initiative in completing all tasks at hand in a timely manner. Full range of motion in upper and lower body, ability to work in various positions, and lift 45 lbs. of weight. Attendance and punctuality. Ability to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs.
