Job Description
Atkins Kroll is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead new and used vehicle sales operations for the Toyota and Lexus brands in Saipan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, profitability, and market share while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility across sales strategy, inventory and allocation management, vehicle appraisals, fleet and government sales, team development, and marketing support.
If you are an automotive sales leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, understand the market, and drive results—we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do Lead sales operations for Toyota and Lexus, driving sales volume, profitability, and market share.
Develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and implement campaigns to maximize business opportunities.
Manage vehicle inventory, allocation, aging, reconditioning, and trade-in appraisals.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while driving accountability and engagement.
Develop fleet and government sales opportunities, including preparing and submitting government bid proposals.
Monitor sales and financial performance, use data to identify opportunities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. About you High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
Automotive sales and management experience, with Toyota, Lexus, or comparable OEM experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisals, inventory management, allocation, and dealership operations.
Proven leadership, coaching, communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valid CNMI Driver's License required; automotive brand-specific certifications and training preferred. Start your journey
