Full-Time About Us Service Lion is a growing multi-trade home services company serving Orange County with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and drain services. We're looking for a skilled Residential Electrician to join our electrical team, with a focus on panel work and EV charger installations — one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. What You'll Do Install new electrical panels and subpanels in residential homes Upgrade existing panels (100A to 200A, etc.) Install dedicated circuits for EV chargers (Level 2 home charging stations) Install and wire EV chargers for major brands (Tesla, ChargePoint, etc.) Perform re-devices — replacing outdated outlets, switches, and fixtures to bring homes up to current standards Handle a variety of residential electrical installations and service calls, including troubleshooting and repairs Communicate clearly with homeowners about the scope of work, options, and pricing Ensure all work meets NEC code and passes inspection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Accurately complete job documentation, photos, and paperwork through our field service software (ServiceTitan) What We're Looking For Certified journeyman-level experience 2+ years of residential electrical experience, ideally including panel upgrades and/or EV charger installs Strong knowledge of NEC code as it applies to panels, service upgrades, and EV circuits Comfortable working independently in customers' homes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills — you'll often be the face of Service Lion in someone's home Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, plus performance incentives Company vehicle and tools/equipment provided Ongoing training on EV charger installation and code updates Health benefits Opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling company
