You are a hands-on Electrician Technician to support reliability testing, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and product qualification in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment. In this role, you will work closely with reliability engineers and cross-functional teams to build and maintain electrical test setups, troubleshoot equipment and products, support environmental testing, and help identify and resolve reliability issues. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with both AC and DC electrical systems. Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:00 PM What you will be doing: Support reliability test engineers in the installation and removal of DUT from environmental chambers. Support reliability test engineers in the design, assembly, and preparation of test equipment required for validation testing. Diagnosing and troubleshooting DUT undergoing environmental testing. Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of testing activities. Establishing and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all work including status updates to summarize project highlights. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the laboratory What you bring: One year of post-high school technical education, such as a technical associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Proven ability to apply effective problem-solving techniques with a strong attention to detail. Hands-on experience working with AC and DC electrical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
