Job Description

ABM Industries is seeking a Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our Technical Solutions Team! In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electrical power distribution equipment . You'll work on large-scale commercial projects, applying your expertise to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure high-quality workmanship. Pay:
$45.00-50.00/HR The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Required A valid driver's License 3+ years of commercial electrical experience CA General Electrician certification or CA Journeyman License Must have your own hand tools Preferred Experience with lighting systems Here's some of your day: Perform commercial electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a variety of customer environments. Travel daily to customer locations to complete service calls, system upgrades, and installation projects. Plan and install electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, and fixtures according to project specifications and local electrical codes. Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, including panelboards, breakers, disconnects, lighting fixtures, exit signs, wall packs, and power distribution equipment. Safely work from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts to complete electrical installations and repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, job site drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. Deliver high-quality workmanship while collaborating with foremen, team members, and customers. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
