•45/hour + Performance Pay Incentives Gubruds Services is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Technician who takes pride in exceptional workmanship, solving problems, and providing an outstanding experience for homeowners. We're looking for someone who can walk into a customer's home, diagnose the electrical issue, clearly explain their options, recommend the right solution, and perform high-quality work. If you're an electrician who cares about the quality of your work, communicates well with customers, and doesn't believe "good enough" is good enough, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems Perform electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations Work on panels, services, circuits, EV chargers, lighting, switches, receptacles, and other residential electrical systems Perform electrical evaluations and identify safety concerns or potential problems Clearly explain findings and available solutions to homeowners Complete work safely, efficiently, cleanly, and to a high standard Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Ensure work meets applicable electrical code, permitting, and safety requirements Deliver an Over The Top, 5-star customer experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong residential electrical service experience Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and the NEC Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to perform high-quality electrical work independently Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfortable explaining solutions and options directly to homeowners Professional appearance, attitude, and attention to detail Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Appropriate California electrician certification or trainee registration for the work being performed 5+ years of residential electrical experience is preferred. Experience matters, but technical ability, workmanship, communication, attitude, and accountability matter just as much to us.
