Redding, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $38 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Conduit benders Customer communication Renovation Serving clients Electrical schematic reading and interpretation Electrical protective device installation Circuit breaker electrical panels Journeyman Electrician Following blueprint specifications Individual consumer customer service Electrical maintenance Pipe bending Local electrical codes Full Job Description Journeyman Electrician Permanent Full Time Position Working Locally in Shasta County Residential/Commercial Electrical Service Work, Maintenance, Upgrades, Remodels Preferred requirement for this position are as follows but not limited to: Must show proof of a journeyman card - 3 years minimum experience in the Electrical Trade (Journeyman card or equivalent experience) Good Customer Service Good Communication Skills Verbal and Written Work well alone or with others Timely and efficient at completing tasks Clean DMV Required, Company Vehicle Provided Experience with Service Changes, Panel Upgrades and Trouble Shooting Know current electrical code (journeyman level) Read prints and schematic Know types of materials, wire sizes, boxes, conduits (all types), to be able to use terminology Able to install switches, outlets, lights, boxes, disconnects and other components Able to make up panels and install proper breakers per wire size Installation of residential stand-by generators Able to fish walls Able to install all types of conduit Able to heat up pvc and bend conduit Carter Electric is prominent in Shasta County's electrical contracting industry offering quality, cost efficient solutions for our residential and commercial clients.
