Pay will be commission based on jobs completed. This is a 1099 contractor role. You need crew leader experience in an outdoor labor industry, shown on your resume. You will run installs on residential and commercial properties and own how the finished job looks.

Who You Are:

You are a hands-on leader who keeps a crew organized, safe, and moving. You take pride in a job that looks right after dark, when every light lands where it should. You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and you are comfortable pulling a trailer behind a company truck. You bring a commute of about 30 minutes or less to our jobs near the North County San Diego area. You bring the confidence to work outdoors, on ladders, and on lifts all day. You bring authorization to work in the United States. Spanish alongside English is a plus, not a requirement.

Who We Are:

We are a family run, veteran owned business based in North County San Diego. We show up when we say we will and treat every property like our own. We answer the phone ourselves. Customers never get stuck talking to a machine.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Lead a crew of installers on residential and commercial lighting projects. Drive the company truck, tow trailers, and manage materials on site. Hold the crew to safety standards on ladders and lifts. Train new installers and hold the team to the quality standard. Troubleshoot problems on site and solve them fast.

Pay is performance pay. Full-Time, onsite work across our North County service area. The role may start hourly, and we are open to moving the right long term fit to salary. Year round work is available for the right person.
