The hourly pay range for this position is $43-$45 per hour. Key Purpose As a Licensed Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for repair and maintenance of building related electrical and control systems. Installing wiring, motors, transformers, generators, lighting, and other electrical systems and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Success Criteria Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns. Ensures all preventive maintenance is completed and necessary repair are always made. Ensures that work area/plant is always clean, safe, and that managed/generated utilities meet delivery specifications. Oversees contractors, routine, and preventive maintenance work to ensure work is performed appropriately and in a safe manner. Communicates with ISS and Customer operations management teams, tenants/utility system end users, and Business Unit Stakeholders. Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence Support the team, and report to the Facility Manager Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required. Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement Participate and embrace the development opportunities within group. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required Works and participates well as a team member. Respond in a professional, polite, and helpful manner when dealing with customers Learn, understand, and adhere to computer and phone policies Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Perform any additional duties on an as "required" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual obligations Ideal Candidate Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the operation & maintenance of building electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and/or control systems Experience with customer line of business AHJ license/certification Electrical/Electrician

• Formal education and/or training aligning with the State of Kansas General Journeyman Electrician Certification, C10 or similar programs Formal OEM or employer training, Trade School, apprenticeship program, etc., or combination thereof, strongly desired Must have a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations. Operates support equipment including forklift, cranes, pay loaders, and moving vehicles Maintains tools and orders supplies as required for installation and repairs Complies with departmental policy for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials Follows safety practices, and utilize protective clothing and equipment as required by OSHA. Know the whereabouts of all emergency equipment (i.e., fire extinguishers, eyewash, and shower stations, first aid supplies, breathing apparatus, etc.) Safely use hand tools, power tools and test instruments to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment Supports customer satisfaction processes by ensuring customers are informed about the status of their request in a timely and accurate manner Maintains operation and maintenance manuals for all equipment. Record all tests, scans, and inspections as directed Maintains all tests, logs, and manuals in an efficiently organized manner Ensures accurate and timely documentation Follows good hood housekeeping standards Work on other electrical projects as required. Key Accountabilities Operation, installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of TS related electrical and control systems Perform/Direct TS Preventive Maintenance Work orders from PM Calendar Performs preventative maintenance through inspection of electrical systems, equipment, and components up to 600v Ensures maintenance is executed according to established standards. Identify deficiencies through regular and thorough inspection of facility equipment and systems Works closely with the "Manager" to optimize the Preventative Maintenance Program Responds to trouble calls; works closely with Operations to ensure efficient operations; maintaining records, logs and files as required Follows through on maintenance needs and deficiencies as appropriate Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and equipment Troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, Variable Frequency Drives, motor control, and BAS/EMS/Lighting Control systems Installation of electrical conduit, wiring, and terminating equipment Diagnose, locate the cause of, and repair malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Analyzes the operation of various systems, determines the cause of any problems/malfunctions, and takes corrective action as required Monitors operation, adjusts and maintains facility equipment and systems, records readings as necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment and systems, and notifies appropriate parties of any problems or malfunctions Assists other Electricians, Mechanics and Operators with major repairs and maintenance of facility equipment Ensures regulatory compliance associated with in scope TS services Follows NEC code regulations Maintain, troubleshoot, repair low voltage electrical circuits Reads and interprets Piping & Instrument Drawings (P&IDs), Floor Plans, Site Maps and/or Electrical Diagrams Inspect electrical systems, trace electrical circuits, operate switchgear, record inspections, and write reports to Supervisors Perform scheduled rounds and readings on plant systems/assets. Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to lift, push, pull, and/ or carry minimum 50 pounds Work involves the lifting of heavy equipment and apparatus, and may be performed in areas of extreme heat, cold, and/or noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl daily Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods Must participate in On-Call rotation schedule as assigned As a global organization, ISS Group is committed to making the international community more resilient and just for all people.
