In this role, you will be responsible for executing complex projects across commercial, residential and industrial settings, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and codes. Your expertise will contribute to commercial framing and all trades in regards to residential construction supporting our commitment to operational excellence and safety. This position has the potential to travel across Southern California and Western Arizona. Pay rate is based on skills and experience with room for potential pay rate increases and production bonuses. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Ensure all work adheres to industry building standards as well as local and national building codes for safety and compliance. Perform electrical wiring tasks on new installations as well as renovation or retrofit projects on existing buildings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment efficiently while maintaining safety procedures at all times. Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment on construction sites or within facilities. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately. Familiarity with national and local electrical codes is essential. Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects is preferred. Strong understanding of safety procedures to ensure compliance during all phases of work. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Ability to travel across Southern California and Western Arizona is preferred. Must have transportation to and from work, preferably a truck with a lumber rack.
