Job Description
Pridestaff is looking for an entry level IT Technician for a Telecommunications company in the city of Temecula. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and keep daily operations running smoothly This is a great opportunity to join a company that has been in business for many years and offers great benefits and opportunity for advancement. This is a Temp to Hire position Monday
- Friday 8am
- 5pm. Pay is $19
- 23 depending on experience. Successful candidate will have at least 1
- 2 years of recent IT experience
Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and fix issues with Windows/Mac operating systems, basic hardware components, and printers.User Support:
Assist staff via phone, email, or remote tools with password resets, software installations, and account setups.System Setup:
Unbox, configure, and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Ticketing:
Log, track, and update service requests using a help desk ticketing system.Escalation:
Send complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams.Qualifications & Skills Technical Basics:
Understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and Active Directory.Soft Skills:
Good communication, patience, and customer service skills to help non-technical users.Certifications:
CompTIA A+ or similar foundational credentials are often preferred or helpful for getting hired.Education:
High school diploma with relevant self-taught skills, or a degree in computer science or a related field Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00- $22.
