An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures Work with large transformers, switchgear, and distribution systems Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and project specifications Lay out projects and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards Install conduits and piping for electrical wiring Install circuit breakers, panels, and related electrical equipment Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Walk job sites, gather bill of materials, and assist with project estimatingRequirements:
Valid California Journeyman Electrician Card (preferred) Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work Ability to review plans and understand code requirements Strong leadership mindset with the ability to lead projects Experience working on prevailing wage jobs (preferred) Clean background, valid driver's license, and good driving record Drug-free Willingness to travel and work throughout the Bay Area Positive attitude and strong team playerCompensation:
