We are looking for someone who is dependable, clean, professional, and capable of handling residential electrical work without constant oversight. This role is ideal for a journeyman who takes pride in doing quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants long-term opportunity with a growing company. We need someone who can show up, understand the scope, solve problems, and get the job done the right way. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical work in Denver, Jefferson, Boulder, Weld, Broomfield, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and El Paso Counties Complete panel changes and service upgrades Install new circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential electrical components Perform remodel electrical work Troubleshoot electrical issues Install EV chargers when needed Support solar-related electrical work when needed Read job scopes and complete work efficiently Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and project managers Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Identify issues in the field and communicate before they become bigger problems Ensure work is completed to code and company standards Help oversee apprentices or helpers when needed Requirements Active Colorado JW License or RW License Residential electrical experience Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work in Denver, Jefferson, Boulder, Weld, Broomfield, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and El Paso Counties Ability to work independently Clean workmanship Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Panel changes Service upgrades Residential remodels EV charger installs Troubleshooting Solar-related electrical support Running small residential jobs independently Working with apprentices or helpers Pay $30-$50 per hour based on experience, licensing, reliability, ability to work independently, and quality of work. Higher pay is reserved for candidates who can run jobs, communicate professionally with customers, and protect quality without constant supervision.
