In this role, you'll perform infrared inspections, analyze thermal data, and deliver clear, professional reports that support safe, reliable operations across electrical and industrial environments. You're a strong fit if you have an electrical background, enjoy working in the field, and can confidently explain your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. If you bring advanced thermography certification or experience in oilfield or industrial settings, even better. What You Will Be Doing:

You will be performing thermography for approximately 80% of your time during a standard 40-hour work week, supporting production facilities, overhead lines, midstream facilities, and related assets. You will spend the remaining time collaborating with other teams, using only a minimal set of tools (such as strippers, cutters, and screwdrivers), helping balance equipment and vehicle requirements. You will travel occasionally (approximately 3-6 times per year) to support operations in Piceance and Midland, Texas.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Required Electrical background, minimum of a second-year apprentice level. Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to prepare clear, professional reports using MS Word and FLIR Tools+. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings accurately and clearly to varied audiences. Preferred Level 1 and/or 2 Certified Infrared Thermographer (ITC - Infrared Training Center). Prior experience working in oilfield and/or industrial environments.

This position is based out of our Longmont, CO branch Day Shift Monday-Friday
