Job Responsibilities Electrical System Installation- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential properties Electrical Maintenance
- Perform general electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues Technical Diagnostics & Repairs
- Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring, or fixtures, ensuring the proper operation of all electrical systems Circuit Breakers & Transformers
- Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently Blueprint Reading
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to accurately install or repair electrical systems Code Compliance
- Ensure all electrical work complies with national electrical codes and state and local building regulations Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers, explaining the issues, solutions, and outcomes clearly, while recommending additional products and services for optimal system performance Service Titan Software
- Track repairs, maintenance, and service calls through Service Titan software, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation Safety Standards
- Follow safety protocols to ensure all work is performed in a safe manner, protecting both the customer and team members Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Residential Electrical Service Technician or a similar role Licensing
- Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues Service Software
- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus Attention to Detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with electrical codes Customer-Focused
- Strong communication skills to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers Driver's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements
