Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults or inefficiencies Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards), NEC (National Electrical Code), and local electrical codes Perform routine maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to prevent downtime and extend system lifespan Install and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components to optimize manufacturing processes Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures during all phases of installation and repair work to protect yourself and colleagues Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new facility projects to ensure seamless electrical integration Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates, inspection reports, and maintenance logs Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in commercial electrical systems Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, high-voltage wiring, and low-voltage control circuits Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams with precision Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and power tools Familiarity with NFPA 70 compliance standards, NEC regulations, and local electrical codes Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects within industrial settings Ability to interpret schematics for both new installations and repairs efficiently Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems is highly desirable Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail Join us in powering innovation through expert electrical craftsmanship!
